Shipping

On the day of shipment of your order an automatic email will be sent to you, this email will also contain a link that will allow you to follow the progress of your package with the Swiss Post (From spring 2022).

Delivery in Switzerland

All your parcels are sent by the Swiss Post.

Delivery in Switzerland is free and guaranteed within 10 working days after your order.

There is no delivery on weekends or holidays.

Delivery outside Switzerland

We also deliver in Europe and outside Europe. All your packages are sent by Swiss Post against signature.

The shipping cost for Europe is CHF 9.00

Shipping costs for outside Europe are CHF 11.00.

International delivery can take between 10 to 15 days (or more depending on the country).

Important note: For all orders delivered outside of Switzerland, it is not possible for us to offer shipping costs, regardless of the amount of the order.

Responsibility

We use authorized postal service providers and it is their responsibility to deliver the packages.

We are therefore not responsible for:

• Packages not received but reported "Delivered" by your local Post Office (which we can verify with the tracking number);

• Packages damaged by the respective post office;

• Customs policies in some countries that block the entry of certain products whose components may be subject to local restrictions in different countries.
